It has laminate floors throughout, light, airy, spacious rooms cooled in the summer or heated in the winter by the air-conditioning and radiators. The property has a private entrance with access onto a terrace area having table and chairs for relaxation and dining al-fresco. The terrace faces south-west so enjoys sun most of the day.

The lounge/dining area is spacious having 2 three seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs for 6 people and quality entertainment systems. This includes English Satellite TV, DVD player, and Hi-Fi system.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of silver applicances, offering all you need for your self-catering holiday. The family bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and a power shower cubicle with jets.

The upper area of the house is accessed via 7 steps, eading to the family bathroom and bedrooms. The two bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds which can be combined to provide a king-size. A fold-up bed is available on request to sleep a 5th person.
